“Terri and her team did an amazing job renovating the house and backyard. The project was very big started in February and finished in November. Before that, we actually fired a GC because poor job quality and super high price they asked. The project includes interior renovation (February to August) and backyard building of a cabana by the pool. We are very satisfied with their work. The interior includes painting, cabinetry, electric, bathroom renovation and convert attic space into storage rooms. Their work quality is great, and Terri knows a lot to suggest ways to make the room look better, such as a better combination of colors for base board, crown, door and wall and ceiling colors. They built five whole build-in cabinets that filled in the whole wall and they are great. Their bathroom remodeling is wonderful, the amazing pattern they eventually made along with our bathtub is totally beyond our expectation. For the backyard cabana project, they built a large cabana with kitchen and bar, nicely finished with a lot of features. Next to the cabana, they built a bathroom with shower. They also built a gas fire pit behind the cabana. Terri managed the whole backyard project including determined the pool company for us and made sure the progress of the project. Terri is very responsible for her work. When there is anything we do not like or need a little bit more work, she always does that immediately. We had a smooth communication. Everyone on her team is also very nice and polite, always protect our belongings in the house from construction, and never be loud to affect our life. They are great people too. Most important, Terri's price is reasonable and unbeatable. We will definitely work with Terri again in the future.”

As clients, we give our full recommendation. Recently, we completed a bathroom remodel with Lydia. The end-result as well as the experience exceeded our expectations. Lydia was organized and kept us informed via a google calendar. She was very proactive with any scheduling issues or changes. We saw Lydia daily as she checked in on the progress of the job. We appreciated her responsiveness and ability to quickly address challenges that invariably pop up during a renovation, despite careful planning and execution. Lydia was always prompt, clear, and completely professional in her communication. Often, a renovation can be tedious and even tense at times. Not with Lydia, she is a joy to work with. She strikes the balance between listening to her client while keeping the design plan and budget on target, which ensures a satisfying final result. “My wife and I hired Evergreen McKinney, owned by Kevin Graham, as our contractor for a significant kitchen remodeling project at our home in McKinney. We were thrilled that Kevin also enlisted the design services of Luann Van Winckel (owner of Patina Green on the McKinney Square). Both of them absolutely knocked our project out of the park. Kevin was always sensitive to our budget and Luann, for several weeks, kept an eye out in the marketplace for unique beautiful pieces and ideas to make our kitchen special. During the project, we saw Kevin almost every day because he insisted on carefully inspecting the work that was done every step of the way. Kevin and Luann transformed our tired boring kitchen into a beautiful and functional showplace where we now enjoy spending lots of time. Kevin and Luann also took our tiny, non-functional laundry room and expanded it into a large walk-in laundry and craft room where our kids now spend lots of time making fun creations. Kevin was sensitive to our budget and time constraints and made every effort to keep us happy. And happy we are. We can’t wait to work with them on our next home remodeling project”.”

“This brother/sister team genuinely cared about the entire project, the quality of the work done, & whether or not we were completely satisfied. It was a very refreshing change from contractors we have dealt with in the past. Their sub-contractors were excellent & trustworthy. There was never any concern about valuables, etc. with any of Terry & Christel's people. Terry was onsite for a great deal of the project. He was always willing to pick up things, make suggestions, & do some of the work himself when needed. Christel was very helpful in suggesting design ideas. They were always extremely flexible with our needs & with scheduling. I am so glad that the Load Bearing Wall Pros highly recommended them. Our renovation was a total gut job of the kitchen/dining/living room area, so it was major & took several weeks. They are honest, fair, talented, moral people that you'd actually like to hang out with after the project was complete! Very professional & extremely likable.
