She was instrumental in helping finalize our design and made 100% sure that all the details were correct. When one small piece of the overall kitchen came in made wrong at the factory, she jumped right in and made sure that they quickly remade and sent the corrected cabinet. She had obviously developed a professional relationship with the company such that they are responsive to her requests to them. We were amazed that she was on top of every detail, large or small in our order. We felt we HAD TO stop by the store at the end of the renovation to thank her personally. We love our new kitchen and everyone compliments us on it and wants to know where we got the cabinets. Beyond this, we like the store itself. Interestingly, they employ a number of women who all seem to be amazingly good at what they do. Never seen a hardware store like it!”
