“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. “Anthony did wonderful work, was honest and fair in his dealings, and finished the addition exactly to our liking. If things went wrong, he fixed them and let us know, absorbing costs along the way. He responded to our comments and communicated with us often and effectively. The timeline for the project was much longer than any of us anticipated, partly due to unforeseen issues and partly due to scheduling. In the end, we are very happy with the project and would recommend Left Coast Builders and would hire them again.”

“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished.
