“We have used Mark for quite a few projects in the last year and a half. He was able to fix the mistakes another company had made in our master bath. They remodeled our master bedroom, re-did our ceilings in the living room and entryway with wood, crown molding, painting, tile work, texturing, etc. He just finshed a pantry project for us and hope to start a few new projects shortly. He has a crew that does exceptional work. They are very flexible and reliable. Highly recommended!”

“My experience with Mr. Hernandez was nothing less than perfect. We review the job and the cost and Mr. Hernandez and his team went to work. They did everything they said they would do and more. Each day they left the job site clean and orderly and showed up each day early to get going. We had our deck refinished a few shingles on the roof replaced and some rooted boards replaced. We could not have been happier with his work. I recommend him highly...”

“What started with moving furniture and noticing a soft spot in the carpet along the edge of an outside wall and a water spot suddenly appearing in the ceiling above it with San Antonio’s heavy rains of Sept 2018 started our journey with DMJ Restorations. Sam Hoffman was extremely knowledgeable in guiding us through the insurance process and, because of his efforts, we actually received more money than we might have received otherwise. We learned a lot along the course. We have been so pleased with their entire team for a multitude of tasks they did for us – roofing, demolition, construction, sheetrock, painting and carpet installation. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they were going to do (and then some), and cleaned up extremely well after themselves. All while respecting our home and its contents. They paid attention to all of the little details, some we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish. Would we recommend them to others? YOU BET and without hesitation!”

He worked closely with us and our builder throughout the process to insure that the integrity of his conceptual design was realized. Ignacio chose low maintenance contemporary building materials and techniques to give us a unique design that took full advantage of the views afforded by the site. He is very accommodating to our likes and needs regarding interior design issues of which he is also very adept. Ignacio worked tirelessly to locate alternative acceptable products and solutions to help keep us within our budget. His positive, friendly, and accommodating personal demeanor has made the project fun and exciting for us. He has made our dream house come true. “After a very successful MBR bathroom remodeling session, we invited Scott and Carol to come back to remodel our kitchen. This included removal of the builder quality cabinets and replacing them with white 42" shaker cabinets and plenty of extra space. Their team did a great job and finished the project in the time they projected. Questions -- Scott or Carol almost instantly respond. They are both extremely flexible and want to ensure you wind up with exactly the finished product you desired. Quality work for a reasonable price!! Highly recommended.”
