“Luis and his team are top notch professionals who focus on quality. I have had the good fortune to work with him on several projects to improve my home and backyard in San Francisco. The first was a fairly complicated deck rebuild followed by my request to build a series of planters from an architect's drawings. They did such a great job on those I asked them to replace all my exterior siding and even add a window which looks marvelous. I can't recommend Form and Function Landscapes enough. My experience with Luis is he has always been fair and honest. I know I can trust him and his team of landscapers, carpenters, plumbers and electricians to do a good job.”

“We hired R&R to build a 1,900 sqft deck, outdoor kitchen and seating area. The team was outstanding! I can't say enough great things about these guys. They were clear about what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and then in the end, it all happened as they said it would. The entire team was fantastic to work with. They came with great ideas and delivered for us every step of the way. If you are looking to remodel your backyard, look no further - this is your team. Choose anyone else at your own risk. Ron and the team are by far the best contractors I've ever worked with. Plus they are great guys on top of it, which makes the process move so much more smoothly. We never had to chase anyone down or wonder when anything was going to happen. They were great communicators throughout the entire project and we absolutely love our new backyard. “I hired Symons Landscaping to rebuild the retainer wall and remove concrete back yard, level land and replace with paving stones. Create new walk ways around the house and drive way to garage. Ryan also installed french drains around the retainer wall and down spouts to move water away from house. Excellent work we are so happy with the job they did for us.”

“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”

“Donisi Landscape Construction Company re-landscaped our front yard with 40+ plants and trees, replaced a sprinkler system with a drip irrigation system and installed paver pathways. We were very, very pleased with the work, the workers and the finished product. Mr. Donisi coordinated well with our designer so that the layout and installation went smoothly. The work crew was skilled and efficient so there were no problems, no damage and no re-work. We were particularly pleased with the installation of the pathways - pavers tightly secured, surface totally even. Three months after planting all the plants are thriving which speaks well of the soil conditioning and drip system design and installation. The project went smoothly with no delays. Technically the project was on budget per the contract. (But let me share a lesson I learned: If your project involves removal of dirt, understand the potential cost and who will bear it before signing a contract.) Overall Donisi Landscape Construction Company did do a great job and I recommend them without hesitation.”

“Fantastic experience with this landscape design and construction company! Our particular designer (Pam Cosce) was knowledgeable and professional in all meetings and we couldnt be happier with the results! No issues with deadlines--everyone that worked our site was extremely nice, professional and timely. Entire process from design to excavation to completion for our $100,000+ project was less than 9 months (design changes/plans and the city approvals took the longest time--probably 5-6 months.) Overall--very happy and highly recommend!”
