“Beach home renovation: complete kitchen remodel, bathrooms, floors, ceilings (remove popcorn), additions of bedroom and bath, addition of double car garage, outdoor shower, patio and upstairs deck. Builder went above and beyond to do a great job. Made great ideas better, used high quality materials and had excellent workers. Always provided access to professionals if needed. Builder was a perfectionist at the craft- would go back and change things that were not quite perfect, but acceptable to us. This made for a truly great experience. Was always very honest in challenging design details, yet always went the extra mile to make sure our desires could be met. There wasn't a challenge he could find a solution that never sacrificed quality or design, in fact, he presented several design changes that were fantastic and something we didn't think of and we know renovation. Our renovation is beautiful and magazine worthy.”

“We hired Mr. Herring to design a 5,000+ square foot home on the ICW. That project took place in 2000-2001. Mr. Herring had a unique capacity to "read our minds" as we moved along during the design stage such that the home became everything we wished for in our dreams. He was a fantastic on-the- spot architectural supervisor, holding the crew to the mission while gaining their respect along the way. The final product was fantastic. “David's architectural and Ashley's design services are second to none. My wife and I started out with a big challenge for David (to turn the eyesore of the neighborhood into a place that we would be happy to call home), and he rose to the occasion and then some. The work product was second-to-none, and we keep coming back with new projects whenever we have a need. Ashley was a delight to work with as we gutted our living/dining/kitchen area, and she helped us create a space that our family loves to spend time in. They helped us to think through the space, flow, comfort, orientation, lot characteristics, native landscaping, etc. The end result was a home we love!
