“Eric Macrae did a great job of freshening up the window frames in my Capitol Hill condo. After many years of being painted shut, the windows had been opened and many of the sash cords replaced leaving the frames and sills looking pretty shabby. Eric and his Fresh Paint crew sanded and repainted where the damage was worst but left the channels open to facilitate the opening and closing of the windows. Clearly Eric was knowledgeable about windows and the special problems presented by older buildings, which I appreciated. I was able to get the work scheduled and completed very quickly, it was done to my satisfaction and at a price that seemed reasonable to me, and everything was cleaned up and furniture put back into place. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Fresh Paint; I would certainly use them again or recommend them to others.”

“Kevin and his team did an amazing job, I can't over emphasize the professionalism of his team. We recently had new floors put in our lower level and had some major issues with our baseboards being destroyed from the renovation and our drywall peeling off the wall (from the bad initial installation of the baseboards). Kevin and his team worked to fix our walls (via spackle and texturizing), installed the new baseboards, and gave everything a clean coat of paint. His job included the renovation of our walls downstairs, installing new baseboards throughout downstairs, and painting our fireplace, the hallway stairs, two bedrooms and railings. He was very responsive, responded to any questions I had (big or small) and was patient as I was picking out the right paint color. I also appreciated that everything was covered properly and we didn't have any stray paint marks after they left. We are asking for an additional bid and will have him finish our entire house (inside and out).”

“This project was my third and largest with Above and Beyond. Before they just did some painting here and there. With this project, they completely face lifted our house on the interior. The project consisted of the removal and replacement of all interior trim, doors, baseboards, and associated hardware. Jesus was excellent in making suggestions for replacement materials while keeping my budget in mind. The project, which is gorgeous, was finished on time and under budget. They even did a little extra painting for me that I didn't request and didn't charge me for it. This is a top notch outfit capable working all types of medium to super high end homes. I would hihly recommend them for your next home renovation project.”
