Unfortunately watching home renovation shows doesn't prepare you for what is really involved when your house is filled with mold, water damage, outdated wiring, leaking plumbing, and just plain ugly. Oh, and as the cherry on top, it smelled disgusting. If we hadn't worked with Shaun and the team at Shelby Construction I am not sure where we would be at. We ended up having to rewire, replumb, replace the HVAC system, get rid of termites, and at the end of the day gut the house to studs and rebuild it.
