“I was building my dream home, when the construction started I quickly became overwhelmed by all the decisions to be made. I brought Jessica and Sydney in on the project , it was the best decision I ever made. They are so great to work with. They make choices that I wouldn't have thought of and my home is going to look fantastic . They respect your budget and also the fact that sometimes you say no without making you uncomfortable. They've made this a fun, exciting project. I would highly recommend them if you want to get it right the first time”

“We had a very complicated kitchen remodel -- our home was built 90 years ago . We wanted to preserve the style from that era while making design/flow more consistent with the efficiencies of present time. Traci D'Alessio did a phenomenal job in meeting this challenge. her thoughtful and meticulous approach, exceptional skills of listening, and genuine interest in our preferences resulted in an award winning kitchen. I would hire her again for any project. I will also mention that we had the added challenge of employing a design/build firm for our contracting/building needs which meant that at times there were conflicts and potential awkwardness with 2 architects involved. When it was necessary and she felt that the product might be compromised, Traci D'Alessio managed these potential conflicts well -- an underappreciated but VERY important skill. Last, Traci has an exceptional command of the most up-to-date technology in her profession. This enables her to make changes with lightning speed (in comparison to the surprisingly archaic methods of many local architects) -- this will save you not only time but money.”

“I could not ask for a better experience! Brickwood builders are the most professional, knowledgeable, and quality group that we have ever encountered! Debbie and Ed know more about every detail of our remodel than any subcontractor or salesman in each and every area. For example, at our appointment with the cabinet company, Debbie knew as much or more about cabinetry and design possibilities than the cabinet designer. Debbie and Ed are kind people who are a pleasure to be around and have made this HUGE remodel an enjoyable and stress free experience. Also the individuals that are working daily at our home are also friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Several times I have been close to the work site and the guys have always been talking about work or nice, positive things. No one smokes nor have I found one cup or piece of trash from them even though they've been here almost 40 hours this week. We are highly impressed and beyond pleased with the skill and integrity of brickwood builders. They are the best!!!!”

“These guys were punctual, polite and had a great work ethic. They did more than one roof and finished them on the weekend. They cleaned up and let me use their magnet roller to pick up nails, which I really appreciated. I don’t think anyone could do that to please me! so it was a smart decision. I’d have no problem hiring them again.”

“The whole team is professional, knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. The handle inspection and securing there was no mold, gotta love that. After a toilet malfunction we woke up to a small river in our bathroom. Their team not only did a quote but was impressed with the video used give a full understanding of the remolding process. The prices was reasonable but I am opting for outstanding work over price, after all I have to keep this bathroom forever.”

“Annette is amazing at what she does. She not only ensures her work is as exact as it can possibly be... she also goes above and beyond by assisting when difficult issues with other contractors and or structural issues as well. I recommend her highly as she is prompt, fair with her pricing and always available should you have a question. She also is someone who likes to come see the job after it's finished so she can see how her plans worked out. Amazing and outstanding designer and person! Will call back again for future projects and have recommended her already to my neighbor! Excellent!”

“After interviewing several general contractors to do an extensive remodel of our 1950s ranch home designed by architect Sophie Piesse, we selected Larry and Susan from New Dimension Construction. The project began in Nov 2015 and was completed in the Spring of 2016. We tore out walls to make open spaces, completely redid the kitchen and bathroom, upgraded the electrical, plumbing, and insulation, added a new roof, windows, and walls, etc. Throughout the project, we knew what work would be completed each week, what decisions we needed to make, and where we were with the schedule. Susan and Larry were great at communicating regarding different choices and the cost for each. There were no price surprises on this job. The worksite was kept clean and neat which was important as we lived in part of the home during most of the renovation (except for when the HVAC and flooring was installed) using a temporary kitchen. The crew was a pleasure to have around. Larry was extremely knowledgable and brought great subcontractors to the job. As always during construction, we ran into some unexpected issues> Each time New Dimension Construction efficiently and expeditiously helped us find a good solution and move forward. We think the quality of the work is exceptional. There is nothing we would change about the project.”
