“TAB AND ASSOCIATES served as the architect on a large 10,000 SF home I served as General Contractor on. He and his firm were excellent to work with and supplied a superb set of working drawings from which we built the home. He also served as the Owners Rep for the project, and did a splendid job of cooridinating all members of the build team(Engineers, contractors, owner, etc.) to complete a difficult project on time and on budget. We completed the project with very few problems and with a very satisfied owner.”

“The best part of building a house was working with Tiffany of Prudhomme Design and Interiors. She made the process so enjoyable and her knowledge of space and color is incomparable. The benefit of using Prudhomme Design and Interiors is that not only do you get the best architectural design but I love that Tiffany was also our decorator. “Our experience with Jim Walker was "five star". First, he listens really well. Second, he educates his potential client(s) without being pushy. He knows his products - positives and limitations - and describes them without bias. Jim comes across as an advisor, not a high pressure salesperson. He provides a clear plan and estimates of costs. Once we decided to accept his proposal, he personally came on site to measure and then deliver a detailed set of plans. In our case, we were very involved in the design process - which included making some changes to Jim's preliminary drawings. He was fine with that - and liked our input. Delivery went as planned. He came on site several times as the units were being installed, and came back after installation to make adjustments without charge. Jim's services included planning and delivering of all cabinetry for a custom kitchen and for three full baths. From beginning to end, Jim uses a partnering approach - and applies an ethical standard to his work.”

After reaching out to the Head Designer, Sarah, I was pleasantly surprised with how much my personal style and input was involved in the development of her plan for my home. Throughout the process, she was easily accessible and very receptive to my opinions and questions about her vision. The finished product was outstanding, and left me searching for projects in the rest of my home for Dwell Chic to assist me with.
