“Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. My primary residence recently appraised at over 1 million, a 60% appreciation in 12 years! Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I. We will have to pay more due to travel distance and out of state licensing, but frankly Tom is worth it. Cost figures below are for most recent commercial project.”

“MRC completed several projects for us: built a detached two level two car garage, built a 10'x20' sunroom where we once had a screened porch, gutted and remodeled our master bathroom, and put in a stone driveway. Brian excels at working with the client to make the many decisions involved with any construction project. With all projects he stayed within the detailed budget and finished within a reasonable time frame. He is both creative and practical bringing years of construction expertise to the work. The garage and sun room were completed in 2012 and six years later are in great shape. The bathroom was completed in 2015 and exceeded all expectations. We feel lucky to have found Brian!”

“Top notch remodelers, and absolutely trustworthy. Not the least expensive, but the quality of the work justifies the cost. My only criticism is that which one might expect of an exceptional business- demand for his services can out pace his ability to accomplish all of the jobs he accepts in a timely fashion. I have found it to be worth the wait, as I hope to have things done once, and done Right. With O'Jennings, they will be. Eventually.”

“Very reasonably priced for the quality of work. Very trustworthy - They worked in my house with out me being home. Very willing to work with the client and offer many suggestions. The attention to detail is amazing. I have hired them repeatedly for projects in my home - two bathrooms and a kitchen renovation. They have also done other tasks in addition to total renovations.”
