For our family, Watlee Construction is taking a million dollar shell of a beach home, gutting it, and revamping it to become our new dream home. And we are doing it on a budget. We wanted to move the stairs in the home, so they brought in an architect to get it done. We wanted a bigger custom spa, and (snap) done, cabinets and design methods were selected in advance, and any changes made along the way were greeted with a solid answer of, "Yes that's possible," or "No, the structure/code doesn't allow for that." My schedule is busy and Ryan has personally met us on nights and weekends, to get the project moving.
