“My wife and I hired Soloway Designs Inc to design and build our second home getaway. After a poor experience of doing this once before I vowed it would never happen again; especially from a long distance. On a cloudy Sunday afternoon with boredom setting in, we decided to go out and about and look at houses. By chance, we turned into a driveway that had a hidden treasure, for us, designed by Marc Soloway. Cutting to the chase, a short time later we had some meetings and decided to take the plunge....again. It was a super positive experience and lots of fun.The process or marriage lasted approximately 3 yrs and guess what;we still communicate with each other. They kept their promises,met deadlines,stayed within their forcasted budgets even though we didn't and had great attitude and most importantly always got back to us in a timely manner. “We are very fortunate to have Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel recently complete an extensive remodel of our home. This is the third project in less than 2 years I have completed with Steve. I was looking for a contractor who could understand and bring my design tastes to life. Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel did so. Steve is not only the general contractor; he is also the designer and spent an extensive amount of time discussing what we wanted in the remodel of our home. We have unique taste and we were quite concerned that we could not find a designer and contractor to create what we had in mind, much less understand what we were describing. Steve offered excellent suggestions, has an amazing sense of design and style and he pays a great deal of attention to detail. He has an uncanny ability to look at existing space and recreate it into a useable & functional area. He came up with fantastic design ideas that really makes our house not just a home, but a place of relaxing refuge. His ability to solve challenging storage problems on this remodel was a great relief. I found Beautiful Remodel to have excellent communication, his work crew and subcontractors came on time, were courteous and at the end of work days the job site was left in a clean state. Beautiful Remodel gave accurate job cost estimates. Where unforeseen issues were discovered, Steve was very good about informing me what the problems were and what the costs to correct them would be. In a job of this scope, there are unknown expenses that are going to impact job estimates. I would rehire Beautiful Remodel again in a minute and I can highly recommend and endorse Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel to anybody that wants an outstanding contractor that can deliver amazing results. In my opinion, if you are looking for a remodeling contractor that understands your remodel budget, is excellent with job progress communication, offers design or remodel suggestions, does quality work and spends plenty of time LISTENING to what you would like to have the end result look or feel like, Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel is your company. “We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus. She is a good listener and is able to put your thoughts to paper and design. We are very happy with the work Designlink has done and we would highly recommend them. Frank McLanis”
