She provided 3 conceptual designs that were all great options. After I chose one she guided me through the decisions I had to make and the resulting design was a significant improvement. I now have a beautiful kitchen. Kathy was a pleasure to work with. Notes: the project cost below is for Sogno services only. The construction and appliances cost significant more. Architecture services were approximately 10% of the total. The photos attached are by homeowner and include some old furniture that will be replaced.”

The project had numerous obstacles including a load bearing wall that was over the property line, a very steep hill side with a ton of earthquake retrofitting required, and a bridge to link two buildings.
