“Progressive Builders did a significant project for us: new kitchen, family room, new ceramic tile throughout the house, moved a wall in a bedroom, new paint in most of our rooms and a total new paint job on the exterior of the house. They covered all the details of the job before we left for the summer and started 1 weeks after we left. They kept us informed weekly with emails, photos, and phone calls when necessary and finished the job 2 week before we came back in the fall. They did an excellent, outstanding job and the punch list took less than 6 hours to complete. I will use them again for our next remodel project. Excellent, Excellent , Excellent!”

“Henry designed a home for us in Mediterra in 2007. We had such an amazing experience we decided to design and build another home with him. The words "this can't be done" do not come out of his mouth. If you want the best personalized service then Henry is your man! The attention to detail is amazing. Currently we are constructing a 9200 +/- home. He even worked very close with the pool architect to tie everything together. Contact me if you want a reference. A++”

“I worked with Philip on the artist's studio project in his portfolio. I cannot say enough about his design esthetic, skill sets (which would probably fill a dictionary) and his ethics. So many times, an architect/designer will have a grand idea that will not live up to it's concept when completed. Philip's dedication to this space blew me away. He personally participated in a large portion of the construction and made sure that everything was up to his standards, which are very high. He does not like to spend his client's money freely and will find clever work arounds that are beautiful, but not costly. We even recycled a number of things. There were a few hiccups in the process and he even offered to cover those costs (I didn't accept). I love working in this space. He brought to reality, the perfect work space/think tank for me that I have always dreamed of. Anyone who has the good fortune of working with him will be more than pleased with what he brings into their lives. Feel free to reach out to me if you are considering working with him.”
