“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “INPLACE is fabulous! Allison Dorvieller and her team are incredible. They approach their business in a very thoughtful manner taking all of the clients needs into consideration. Allison has an incredible eye, great taste and an architectural approach that is a very rare find. I absolutely love my kitchen and the interior space planning and materials selection process was flawless. I found INPLACE to be extremely professional and meticulous with details. I would recommend them without reservation and can't imagine doing a project without them at the helm.”

“We are working on our third project with John. The first was a roof deck over a new accessory room which integrates so seamlessly with the rest of the house that it looks like it was part of the original house. The second was a gorgeous standalone building in the backyard which is a combination cottage, outside potting shed and chicken coop, all under one roof and designed to optimize the use of our natural breeze. Now he's working on an internal remodel that will include a new kitchen and convert an outdoor patio into an atrium with a loft. We can't praise John enough. His designs are innovative and reflect our tastes. And he's a joy to work with.”

“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“As a custom home builder I can truly appreciate the mind for building design Daniel Hruby has and detail he puts into the plans. We’ve worked with him on several projects. One recent project had many challenges as It involved placing a real DC 3 airplane wing in the custom home! I was on the phone and FaceTiming Dan regularly during the process. Dan made up numerous 3d models to help us and the engineers conceal all the structural steel. Dan also provided the clients full 3d models of the build, down to the detail of how the seasonal sun will show through the windows at different times through out the day. Putting on the VR goggles and being able to virtually walk through the entire project prior to it being built, really helped us as a builder visualize what the end product was intended to look like. The clients thought it was really cool as well!”

“Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. “I was most impressed with how quickly Rebecca learned my aesthetic tastes, whether it was furniture design, colors or compatibility with what I chose to bring from Las Vegas. When I purchased a 1200 sf condo in La Jolla, I still resided in a 4500 sf home in Las Vegas. The condo needed a complete renovation to take full advantage of its potential, including the kitchen, one bath, increasing the door widths, and removing, moving and thickening the walls to add a sound barrier. I am disabled, so there were special considerations for the disability. In addition, Rebecca navigated the permit process without needing me to be involved, and managed the construction crew, making sure that I got what we had discussed. I was pleased with her ability to select contractors and subcontractors who produced quality results. This long distance project went flawlessly because of a number of factors. Rebecca found a way to obtain the needed information whether it was from me, the title company, my agent or the condo manager. Rebecca knew when she needed my input and found a way to get it whether it was flying to see me or sending packages for my approval. I was constantly impressed with how much Rebecca knew about me, even with only a couple of face to face meetings. Anybody using Rebecca’s services will be impressed with her knowledge and resources. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.”
