“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“LKM Design completed a whole house renovation (and major addition) with us. I say "with us" versus "for us" intentionally. She listened to all of our thoughts , comments, concerns during the design process. In turn, this lead to a very smooth construction process. She was a true professional, as was her staff. “I was very pleased with working with Pam Petritis on my kitchen remodel. The moment I met her I felt we had a good connection. I told her my price point I wanted to work with and she kept within it. She showed me samples of products that were very good quality and within my budget. I had made a few changes to the blueprints she created and every change I made she had the udates made right away. At not point in time were there ever any hidden charges or surprises. I had a very good experiance working with Pam and Plaistow Cabinets. I will and have recommended her to friends.”

“Anita gave us our dream kitchen! When we decided to remodel our 15 year old colonial with builder grade golden oak cabinets, we approached 3 different designers giving each the same list of wants. The other two designers provided basic designs that a big box store could have done as well. Anita went way outside the box and provided us with a magazine-ready, yet totally functional kitchen. All her subs were first class and our entire project was finished on time. We are now constructing a new home and are excited to have Anita again do our kitchen.”

“Kathy is the best! She is so easy to work with and is a true "kitchen resource". Her knowledge and experience can"t be matched! She is able to not only order the cabinets you need but will also direct you in electrical, structural, counters and plumbing needs. She was always willing to call me and my husband with any questions we had, and was always willing to travel to our house if needed! (over an hour away) Her product is amazing. The cabinet quality, color and various sizes and custom touches created true custom kitchen. While at the same time, Kathy herself remained very respectful of trying to work within our budget. It was truly a pleasurable experience to have worked with Kathy”
