“Marvista remodeled my 40 year old kitchen, replaced cabinets, counters, sinks, appliances, backsplash, and refinished the floor. Although the layout remained mostly the same, a few simple changes, designed by Marvista, created a cleaner line, more efficient use of space, and best of all, a designer look. I tend to get overwhelmed choosing designs and colors from the myriad options available. Marvista made all of that easy with their excellent guidance and good taste. The job took six weeks, the crew was professional, friendly, and pleasant to have in my home. I love my kitchen!”

“My wife and I lack the 'vision' needed to see the potential of an open space. A Google search led us to Pittsburgh Design and Remodeling, and we reached out to inquire about their basement design services. The design agreement consisted of an initial phone consultation, several 3D renderings (which were updated based on our feedback), and ultimately a neatly packaged pdf file with all of the information. Jeff (the owner) asked all the right questions to get the conversation started and paid close attention to our responses. He presented some interesting ideas that we otherwise would not have come up with. He is friendly, professional, and did exactly what we contracted him to do. We would highly recommend his design services. I should add that our agreement was for design services only. No actual work was performed on the basement so I cannot comment on that part of the business.”

“We waited 5 years but when we finally got it done, it turned out to be the perfect choice and right decision to go with Tischendorf Contractor Services. It was easy to make up our minds after our first meeting with Todd. The whole project was managed and executed well in the planned time frame of 6 weeks. We could see progress every day, no time was lost and everything came together beautifully at the end of the stipulated time. “The Healey Company are excellent contractors. They are dedicated to quality, completely transparent in their billing/process and are delightful to work with. Everyone from Michael Healey himself, through our project manager Christine and Jim, the foreman on the job were communicative, willing to answer questions and happy to listen to our ideas and concerns. I'm a designer and was very concerned about finding a contractor who would be as concerned about the details as I was and be willing to discuss options--they have absolutely been willing to do this. They've also been very understanding about our need to work within a budget and and more than willing to explore alternatives. And the sub-contractors that they work with have been equally as responsible and communicative. I can't recommend them highly enough and we will engage them for our next remodeling project!!”

“My house is 29 years old and was in need of several upgrades. New roof, siding, windows and doors. In addition to these improvements I had a small deck built off my dining room and a sunroom added to the back of the house. Several window had to come out in order to make the changes. I contacted Dale Deadenderfer in mid April. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and sincerity. This was a big job for any contractor. We met several times while I was trying to figure out which windows I wanted installed, and colors of the roof and siding. He was with me every step of the way. His two carpenters, Jim and Ed, are simply the best. They are amazing workers and real gentlemen. I never had to question any work they were doing. I knew it was top notch. The work was completed in a timely manor and I have no question in my mind that everything is high quality. I am so happy with the results and feel like I have a new house! If you want the job done right the first time, get Deabenderfer Construction.”
