“I worked with this company over a few months looking for a 2nd home that I could also rent out. I shopped around for an agent over a couple of weeks and stumbled upon Joe Folsom in Ellijay. From the start, Joe was extremely friendly, and helpful. He asked the right questions, and then over a 6 month period showed me all the different types of properties that I requested. Joe was very patient and provided me with all the information I needed to make a great purchase. He was not pushy or aggressive like other agents. “Karle Construction completed our new home build 2013-2014. Steve Karle and Tamara Larock were professional and provided valuable direction based on our personal style and budget. Lastly, and honestly most important, Steve and Tamara only work on a few projects at a time; thus, you have their full effort and attention- and they are accessible if/when their are any troubles. “We our living in our dream home! We are so thankful for Ford Hall's work on our timber frame. We love the timber frame, staircase, and panel system he installed in our home. It is amazing to see how everything came together! We knew right away after visiting Heirloom Timber Framing in North Carolina that this was the best fit for us. Not only did Ford Hall introduce us to his town and friends, he showed us his beautiful craft of timber framing in Brasstown. We’ll never forget sitting down with Ford and his designer to plan our future home. It’s amazing to see how our thoughts on paper turned in to our amazing home we now live in! Such a wonderful blessing! We have received so many compliments on our timber frame! People are so mesmerized by his work and his talent! Years ago, we never thought to be living in a home where people said, “This is the most beautiful house I have ever seen!” Our favorite compliment came from our four-year old nephew. “I'm the Vice President of my subdivisions HOA board. We had a major leak in our clubhouse bathroom. The leak happened in the wall and turned into a rupture. Water fooded the bathroom which over flowed into the common area. Drywall, bathroom stalls, vanity, and carpet in the common area needed replaced and rehabilitated. Eric from Guinness Construction did an incredible job and gave us added value where he was able to save money and put it to better use in upgrades. His pricing was fair, the work was done on time and with high quality. This is also the reason we used him again when we had another ruptured line a few months later but this time in the kitchenette. The outdoor hose bib was not insulated and came into the building in the wall behind the kitchen cabinets. This line ruptured. The water only ran for a few hours. The damage wasn't as bad as in the bathroom but cabinets had to be replaced as did the flooring and some drywall. Eric again delivered on time and quality work. We will use him in further work and have recommended his service to our residences.”
