“We were very impressed with Trace Venture's work when we went to see a friend's kitchen they have renovated. It was beautiful and impressive. So, we decided to work with them in renovating our kitchen and den. It was the best decision we made. We were assigned a person, Mr. Mike Fly, who stayed at the site everyday and actually we began to see him as family. It was the middle of winter with three dogs in the house. Mike made sure that we had privacy and limited interference with our daily routine. The end result was more than we expected. We love our custom made cabinets, hutch and pantry. Our den is very comfortable and bright. We receive compliments from our friends concerning not only the built-ins but also the quality of work. Thank you Trace Ventures.”

“We hired Bryan to remodel our outdated kitchen. We got several estimates before deciding on Bryan's company. He gave us a written estimate, as well as a detailed step-by-step timeline of when the work would be performed and who would be doing the work. He has a competent project manager who came by at least twice a week to check on the work, and to see if we had any concerns or issues. If for some reason something was delayed Bryan himself called us to explain the delay and to give us a completion date. He helped us design our space and gave us information on where to shop for cabinets, appliances, tile, granite, etc. He worked with us each step of the way. His entire team is professional and respectful of your wants and individual circumstances. A few months after the job was completed we had a concern about something so we contacted Bryan. He came out with his project manager to talk with us, and the very next day he sent one of his best employees out to take care of our concern. He stands by his work no matter the issue or time lapsed from completion of the project. We were very happy with with the job and have been loving our new kitchen.”

“If I could give the Wills Company 10 stars, I would. There is no weak link in the chain at the Wills Company. Everyone from the principals to the project manager to the handyman service coordinator to the accounting office does their job with professionalism, extreme attention to detail and reliability. My husband and I spent nearly two years planning for and executing on the renovation of an old house. We wanted to bring the house into this century without losing any of its charm. Ridley Wills created a vision for the remodeled house that preserved the history of the house but made it work for a young family. Now that we are finished with the renovation, the Wills Company helps us maintain our house through their impeccable handyman service. I find that someone from the Wills Company is at my house at least once a week, making sure the air ducts are cleaned properly, that any peeling paint is touched up, that leaks are repaired quickly. I even call on them to hang heavy mirrors or arrange for the windows to be washed. It's like having a full time super at my house!”

“We are a 7th generation Franklin/Williamson County family. We knew the Carbines from coaching their beautiful daughters in soccer. We recently, at 54, decided we wanted to downsize. We only had to look at our gorgeous home once and knew immediately that we wanted to work with this incredible company. We met with the Owner, President and Broker once and were on our way to owning our home. Everyone associated with Carbine treated us with respect and kindness whether we were calling, meeting in person, texting or emailing from start to finish. They even offered to help us sale our old home. All of their subs were complete and total professionals. They were clean, courteous and prompt in handling their duties. We were so happy with our unit we decided to stay with all their people. Now, almost two years later, we love our home and are as excited as we were our first day here. We moved from the historic Hincheyville district of downtown Franklin, TN. We had lived in that home for 34 years and hopefully we'll be in our new home for just as long.
