“We hired S&W Kitchens to renovate our Master Bath. Sarah Kraus was our designer. Sarah was a joy and pleasure to work with. From the beginning she really listened to our vision, our ideas and somewhat lengthy list of desires for our bathroom. She was able to incorporate what she heard from us, saw in our way of living and personal design, to create a gorgeous, functional and unique Master Bathroom that we will enjoy and appreciate for many, many years to come. Our vision came to fruition with Sarah's amazing design skills and artistic flair. Truly a dream collaboration. Sarah was there for us through the entire process. There were a few bumps in the road, as expected in a project of this size, but Sarah responded quickly and did what it took from her perspective to correct or overcome any issues that came up. Chris, the superintendent, took quick care of the issues from his end. Sarah became a friend through this process and I would not hesitate to recommend her and have her design our next project. I would also like to mention that all of the people we worked with throughout this project were first rate and a pleasure to talk to and work with. “In June of 2011, our 86 year old home was flooded from the top down in a surprise storm. We chose the wrong day to get a new roof! For four hours the sky dumped water into our house. The plaster ceilings were falling before the rain even stopped. Jay Fechtel and his amazing team were hired to put our house back together. It is far better than it ever was before. Their wise counsel provided guidance to renovate and improve the house. It looks amazing inside and out and is so much more functional and efficient. We are very thankful for their expertise and comforted, despite the loss of many of our personal belongings in the flood, that our house was preserved as a home and investment with great returns. We have a great many pictures of the flood and building/addition process but the project will not be complete till the end of July. Will happily provide pictures upon completion.”

“I purchased a house from Latitude Builders in May of this year. Sergey Komarvo is one of the owners of this company and represented the company through the buying process. He is a building professional, very easy to work with and most of all very responsive when we tried to get in touch with him after the sale of the house. His workmanship and attention to detail is by far better than most of the new houses I looked at. When we did our walk thru, nothing was a problem to correct, Every concern was addressed, we had no issues on the second walk thru. If I decide to build a new house in the Orlando area, his company will definitely build it. Excellent quality, attention to detail, innovative design and competitive pricing per square foot.
