Then Karen Keating looked all through our home, sat down and in a matter of minutes roughly sketched out a plan which included a dining nook, den, office, bath and storage room. “Sandy did a great job of listening to my husband and my needs, and she designed a great pop top for our Denver Square. There were many hiccups along the way (but what home remodel doesn't have one!) and Sandy went above and beyond in making sure our issues were addressed and fixed. There were many occasions where an issue would arise (foundation wasn't good, we needed more money for framing, etc) and she would provide a solution, and then explain the problem and the solution together. Sometimes the solution had to have more money, but there were occasions where she would figure out how to save us money as well!”
