“We have done 2 major (and several minor) projects with Castlehaven Construction over the past year. First, we added a full and a half bath to out existing square footage as well as new floors and ceilings throughout our house. Second we remodeled our entire kitchen. We moved walls and windows and completely gutted the space. Third, we replaced 2 different decks on the outside of the house. Castlehaven was on time and budget for all of the work they did. “Mark has completed several small and large home improvement projects for me. The last two larger projects were to remodel the master bedroom closet with shelves, drawers and hanging spaces. The closet is about 6' by 15'. Mark handled the job from start to finish - removing old shelving, painting and constructing new cabinets. He added some nice finishing touches to give the room a very customized professional finish. Mark also remodeled the laundry room removing old shelving and installing wall to wall cabinets and shelf. I have been very satisfied with Mark's willingness to do small projects - hang drapes, lighting fixtures, patch holes in the wall, etc. All his work has been done with great care, expertise and professionalism.”

I spent some time here on Houzz in April of 2015 to get some ideas for remodeling our Bathrooms and found Metro Renovations & More was on here as well. One quick call to Dan and as usual, our project was off to a great start. Dan's customer service is simply second to none and Jani and his crews did a wonderful job remodeling three of our Bathrooms as well as finding the source of where water was getting into our crawl space, (and fixing the problem) Installing Flagstone in part of our back yard and pavers in another part which repaired a big mess left by another Contractor. This was a big project for us lasting well over a month and Jani was here everyday to supervise the workers who were not only very skilled at what they did but very nice guys too.
