“Major renovations at our second home in Brandon, VT. Required complete redesign and reconstruction of the space on the first floor with partial redesign of the second floor with new bathroom added. It was a pleasure to work with Cliff and his crew of Three Oaks Construction and the several sub-contractors that he brought in for various specialized tasks that were part of this major renovation project. Every individual, whether directly on Cliff’s team or part of a sub-contractor’s team, was someone who took pride in their workmanship in every detail that was part of this project and it was obvious to us as we progressed. Even though the renovation was designed with blue-prints supplied by the designer, we got numerous suggestions for alternate approaches from Cliff and his team as the project progressed. Several of these ideas made the alteration have better utility or looks or both. Being in a situation where we had time since we did not have a hard deadline when we were planning on moving into the space, we were able to consider and assess several of the alternatives and act upon the ones we saw most suitable for us. Overall, it was a great experience working with a crew of people who were always pleasant to work with and ready to listen to suggestions and/or questions that arose as the renovations progressed. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Cliff and his entire crew for any construction or carpentry work.”

“It was a pleasure working with Warren Uzzle who completed a front porch project on my home in Warren, VT. When I initially spoke with Warren about my project, he told me that he would be down that afternoon - and he arrived early. I provided Warren with an overview of the issues (that he also saw). He asked a number of questions, and then proceeded to describe possible options to rectify the problems. Warren brought along a photo album of projects he had worked on over the years from building entire homes to smaller home projects. I decided to hire Warren and the project was completed on time and within budget. Warren kept me informed throughout the project and discussed any unforeseen issues with me along with possible solutions. Warren has an eye for perfection. He works to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, keeps his word, and is a very trustworthy and honest man. Warren and I are in the process of planning our next project with includes the replacement of windows on my home. He is a master craftsman who won't disappoint you.”

“We have employed CDN for 2 renovations on our VT ski condo. The first was after we purchased and involved a large scale reno. The second was smaller but required Carm to take over a job that was initially started by another contractor (CDN was not available initially). This contractor was a nightmare. For both jobs, Carm was the ultimate professional. He helped in planning and design, asking the right questions and providing great insight. His work was meticulous and detailed, with great communication throughout each project. He even helped me move the furniture! He was on time and was respectful of our needs and wishes.
