He also ensured the project was completed by our deadline and within our budget. Josh did an exellent job. He was here on time and each day I could clearly see progress. He was able to source exactly the right replacement lumber. When the job called for more reapirs in some places he made sure he contacted me first to make sure I was aware what had to be done and why.
