“Lou came to look at a a renovation project I was doing. I already had a contractor but needed someone to do hardwood floor installation and put down some decking in the attic. Lou was great and had his guys out that same day to install the decking for the attic at a very reasonable price. He also connected me to his floor installer subcontractor same day who came and did a quality job at a very reasonable price. I will be calling them for bigger jobs in the future.”

“Dennis and his team completed a complete gut remodel of our kitchen and dining room, along with a number of other moderately sized projects such as installation of several doors and windows (including masonry work associated with expanding a large window) and a completely refinished mudroom with custom built-ins. All of the work was done expertly and with great attention to detail. Ours is a period home and his carpentry work in reframing doors and windows meticulously matches the 85 year old trim in the rest of the house. Likewise, the new brickwork on the exterior blends in perfectly with the rest of the façade. Each of his subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, masonry, plastering, etc.) did excellent work. We had no hiccups at any stage of inspection and everything looks great. Working with DMPC is effortless - Dennis is highly responsive and reliable, calm and organized, clean and considerate. His team showed up just about every day (including some Saturdays) for approximately two months and worked very hard to get us into our brand new kitchen as soon as possible. We can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of his work!”
