“Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

“We had a room finished with a closet being built from scratch, flooring being laid and all finishings completed as well as some other areas of our home being fixed up. We were absolutely thrilled with every part of our reno from exceptional communication, timing, amazing work, pricing, flexibility and such great work ethic and very nice people to work with. “Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“In 2014, we purchased a 1625 sq ft bungalow in Bow Meadows and after several meetings, chose Align Developments to do a major interior renovation of the main level. The flooring was replaced with hardwood and tile, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new cupboards and an island, a garage entrance laundry room/bathroom was replace with a redesigned laundry area and walk through pantry connecting to the kitchen, the master bedroom en suite was enlarged and brightened and lighting throughout was up graded. Some walls were moved or re-oriented. It was a significant renovation, and we were dealing with time and budget restrictions. The bottom-line is that the project was finished on-time and on-budget and all of our expectations for our new home were met or surpassed. Align Developments gave us untold amount of advice and options as we moved through the process. Graham worked diligently always keeping us informed of the progress and made sure that we were making the choices we needed to make to keep the project on schedule and on budget. A really strong point in dealing with Align Development and Graham Torrie was that Graham really listened to us when we expressed our concerns or preferences. He was always considerate of the fact that doing a reno like this can be stressful and he went out of his way to put us at ease throughout the process. We very strongly endorse Align Developments (Graham Torrie) for any renovation project you may be planning. There is a level of integrity and expertise that Align Development offers make them a choice you will not regret.”

“Reflect Renovations, through owner Jay Coy, completed several projects for us over the last few years. A complete remodel of our second story (3 bedrooms and two baths), update of our master bedroom, ensuite and office, complete rebuild of our main floor patio, complete revamp of our laundry room, new construction of a beautiful wine room and recently complete overhaul of our kitchen. Obviously, we love the workmanship, professionalism and attention to planning and execution. Otherwise we wouldn't keep coming back to Reflect. Highly recommended.”

“Our Bathroom had not changed much in 20 years and was in need of an entire renovation. Bryan and Ronaye were great at helping us with all the aspects of the reno. They provided time lines that we need supplies by and were always keeping us up to date on the progress. I'm not great with colours and design, so Ronaye's input and ideas were invaluable We love our new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend their services. We also had Bryan back in the summer to build a front deck. We demolished the stone steps ourselves (Don't do that - hire Bryan) and then had Bryan build beautiful new front steps and deck. Again - great work.”
