“I first met Matt when he was hired by a client of mine for a fussy renovation project in Pittsburgh. The project involved interrupting much of the Owner's house especially the second floor and the roof. It required careful planning and staying on task. Matt was respectful as my role as the Owner's architect and followed my drawings and instructions carefully. When unexpected details arose, he was skilled but sensitive in knowing how to address them. We met up again recently as I referred him to another project. The project took a different direction, but it reminded me of his honesty, eagerness and interest in creating a quality result. I look forward to getting a chance to work with him again.”

A 1700 square foot unfinished basement and outdoor space was converted into the perfect entertaining space for family and friends. The project included a bedroom, bathroom, large fully equipped wet bar, media room, storage closet, deck, and patio with fire pit. Throughout the process, Rodney not only demonstrated his thorough knowledge of products and installation, he communicated it effectively to us. His team coordinated with subcontractors to provide us quality results. They were friendly, conscientious and trustworthy.”
