“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“For a long time, I wanted to remodel my kitchen and add on a breakfast room. As a homeowner, I wanted to employ a contractor who could integrate all the components of a remodel and manage the entire process from start to finish, without my husband or me to oversee and inspect the project on a daily basis. After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. They made every effort to discover our personalities and introduce them into all aspects of the remodel, making it uniquely ours. His team demonstrated meticulous craftsmanship and provided exceptional customer service. The kitchen and cabinet designers worked hand in hand with me to make sure that my kitchen utilized my space in the best possible way. During the renovation, the Superintendant was always responsive to any questions and concerns and any issues were immediately addressed. We have shared our experience with family and friends, and for those who have seen the transformation, they are all amazed at the attention to detail and quality that is seen throughout. What really sets Unique Builders apart from others is that you never feel like you are just another client…the team makes you feel like your project is the most important thing they are working on, and the results show. “Partial remodel of a 1939 Georgian home in the Southgate neighborhood in Houston. Work included partial remodel of two bathrooms, install of a new tankless water heater and solar attic fan, install of a full deck in the Attic, new concrete walkway, 2 new doors, hardwood floor install in the kitchen , etc. Work done to a very good quality standard. Excellent communications with Company Owner Greg Simmons, who was a regular presence on the job site. The 2 month project completed on schedule, at end-January 2016.. Would highly recommend Greg and B&W for similar projects !!”

“RHC pretty much remodeled my whole house over 12 weeks. I had received several bids both higher some much higher and some lower. I felt the lower bids where not listening and under estimating the work involved and I would be in trouble as we went along. RHC listened, was thorough and also expressed a number of good ideas. The team was on time, worked hard, kept everything as clean as possible. Ricky checked in daily and made sure everything stayed on track. With most major projects their was some scope creep due to my wife and I coming up with new ideas, RHC listened gave us the cost of anything additional and were more than fair. There were a couple issues along the way, but Ricky stepped in and made sure everything was done right. In the end they did a fantastic job and I will use them again. The house came out better than when it was new construction. In 30 years in Houston this is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I like working with people who are friendly, fair, listen and communicate. RHC is the only team I will hire in the future. I paid them and I still feel like they did me a favor, I cannot thank them enough.”
