“MBD designed and remodeled TWO bathrooms to our exact liking. We contacted 4 other companies before finding MBD. Remodeling two entire bathrooms and expanding a shower in the master bath is a huge expense and a big decision and there are only great things to say about MBD. They were honest and provided various options with costs for each. The entire construction process was impressive, mainly due to the professionalism and knowledge of our Construction Superintendent, Greg, who visited the worksite constantly to ensure the high quality of work. Each time he visited the site, he met with us to ensure that we were pleased with the work, and to ask if we had any questions. Everybody at MBD has been great, and it is my pleasure to give them our recommendation, and sincere appreciation!”

“It was time to down size so we sold our 3500 sq ft home and bought a 1900 sq ft home. As you imagine it was hard not only to adjust to the smaller size but also to fit the needs of 3 teenage boys and us into a smaller home and still feel like we had are own space. We called Mike with Legacy Home Improvement and the first thing that I liked about Mike was I felt like he was understanding what I wanted and needed. Second, I didn't feel like he was just "telling me what I wanted to hear" if there was something we couldn't do he told us up front. Third, he was VERY mindful of our budget and was very good at keeping us on track. Mike and hi team added a Master Bath and Master Closet to a finished basement and a shower onto one of the 3/4 baths. Now we have 4 bedroom and 4 baths and everyone has their own space. Quick, CLEAN and extremely freindly! AWESOME job!!!!”

“My family of five embarked on an eight-month journey of construction to our house while living in it. We gutted a kitchen and added on a family room, laundry room, mudroom and half-bath on the main floor. We felt very prepared going into the process and were led every step of the way by Rick, his crew, his assistant and the construction website/app he used. The communication with Redesign KC was of utmost importance to us when we decided to move forward with our project. Rick was great at making sure we knew what was going on, emailed us within a short amount of time when we sent him concerns, and kept in touch with us with big pieces to the project. We felt very comfortable with the workers in our house and they were very nice to work around during our summer at home. The outcome of our project was so amazing! We feel so comfortable in our space and it feels perfect to our family. I can't imagine the old house anymore. Friends and family comment on it all the time and the craftsmanship was to our expectations, thanks to a wonderful worker named Richard. “We contacted Jay at JTA Custom Homes to get estimates on three or four different repair projects (exterior stucco repair, replacement of trim on a chimney chase, replacing some windows and inside ceiling repair). Ultlimately, because we were so pleased with his work and with his vast areas of expertise, he ended up doing additional repairs that had been waiting on the "someday list". Those included removing a wall in the basement replacing some interior and exterior lights, rehanging a door to swing the opposite direction etc. There literally was no task on our list that Jay did not do with great expertise and attention to detail. Jay arrived with a trailer of tools and supplies to accomplish any task. He provided detailed estimates in advance of all work he completed, and his bookkeeping and payment schedules were handled very professionally. Unlike many contractors who leave clean-up to the homeowner, at the end of every work day, the area was left as good or better than he found it. JTA Custom Homes would be a great contact for anyone wanting to prep your house to sell as Jay knows the things (big or little) to repair and update to keep inspectors and potential buyers impressed. I would also be very confident using JTA for major gut jobs or remodels. Jay is not a part-time handyman, so expect to pay for the great quality you receive. He is a professional who brings his experience in building custom homes to every project, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.”
