“Spratt has performed several renovations for us (we have remodeled parts of our house as we were able to afford). Jobs included building new bathrooms, moving walls, installing walls indoor and outdoor, installation of flooring, roofing, and painting. The quality is superior. “We live in River Plantation Condominiums and we and many others were hit by the big flood a few years ago. Pat came through and offered to help restore our kitchen with a full line of cabinets. He cut out the middle man and we were able to purchase at wholesale. The first cabinets were not delivered to Pat on time and he went to another mfg. with a better grade of cabinets and the same price. He drove to the plant and picked them up and delivered them and had his men install them on time as promised. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything... and we were! I highly recommend Pat. He is honest, trustworthy and will always deliver more than promised.”

“Will and his crew have been nothing short of amazing. To call them General Contractors isn't exactly accurate, as his crew does all of the work themselves - siding, sheetrock, stair railings, lighting, door installation, plumbing, electrical, decking and much more. Will's initial quote was incredibly detailed, and in the end very accurate. We discovered during the complete makeover of the house we bought, that a french drain was needed, and fast. He put one of his guys on it, brought in a load of gravel, and it was a perfect fix. I think after having a few experiences with remodeling and contractors, what stands out about them is the accuracy on the money end, the contribution of ideas and fixes to items that inevitably come up along the way, they show up every time they say they will and in large numbers when there is a push to finish something, and the quality of their work exceeds expectations.
