They did a great job estimating costs, and it was a huge plus that they have the ability to self-perform most of their work so that they are not reliant on subcontractors to finish the job. “I hired Epoch Construction to convert an attached garage into a master suite, build a back deck patio cover and install new kitchen cabinets. I hired them in February of 2019 when I purchased the house to give the entire home a complete remodel. The entire crew of Epoch Construction was pleasant to work with. Not only did they provide excellent workmanship, but they also were there to guide the project by working hand in hand with other subcontractors. Whenever a construction challenge arose, JT and his crew of problem solvers rose to the occasion and provided options, advice and a can-do attitude to get the job done. They communicate well and show up when scheduled. I sincerely enjoyed working with Epoch Construction and I would hire them again!”

“Steven Shore recently remodeled our bathroom, tiled another bathroom and put up backslash in our kitchen. He and his crew were efficient and very respectful to us and our home. We only had a general idea of what we wanted to have done but he provided us with suggestions on our shower build out and flooring. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the redesign. We would definitely rehire them for any future remodels in our home.”

“The Dan Company did an amazing job on internal and external repairs to my house. The drywall guys did a great job and got the job done quickly and were very neat and clean. The paint crew was also neat and quick, and the finished walls looked perfect. For the amount of work done in the timeframe allowed, my final invoice was very reasonable. I have suggested The Dan Company to my friends also needing home repairs/improvements.”

“Five-Star Recommendation! Metz Custom Homes came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint! Known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, he remodeled our entire first and second floor. We expanded our kitchen 10X22’, which left some of the roof covered with tarps. At 7:00 a.m., a severe rain storm hit and at 7:20 a.m., here’s Martin on a ladder making sure we had now leaks! I was hooked! He was willing to meet us with other vendors like cabinet makers, flooring subs, painters, etc to see that each detail supported the overall design plan. We were so pleased with his work, I invited him to GC my office building buildout. Again, can’t say enough about the final products! “Ray handled several difficult handiman tasks. Normally, I would have had to hire a specialist on each separate project. Not only did he complete the tasks in a very timely manner, but the quality of the work was excellent. Finally, he was very accurate with his bid. In the past, we have hired a contractor to complete a project and after receiving the invoice it was double the bid. That was not the case with Ray.”
