“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. “I have used Superior Construction twice over the last 12 years and both projects have been a wonderful experience. The first project was a remodel of a 1950’s era condo in South Pasadena. Chris always used clear communication, listened to my design ideas & suggestions and helped me in making my decisions by giving me the pros and cons of doing one thing or another. During construction, Chris was always checking on progress with his team to make sure that everything was moving along correctly, and gave me the confidence that I was working with the “best of the best.” The weekly meetings with both his workers and myself kept me completely informed on progress of the work being done. Chris has great expertise in remodeling a home and great communication skills. My second project was a full house in Sierra Madre and I never considered hiring anyone but Superior Construction to help me. As we did on the condo project, we again collaborated together on what was was not a simple project. I was remodeling a small 1950’s house which entailed gutting and rebuilding master bathroom, custom wardrobe in tight space in master bedroom, custom cabinetry for built in daybed/bookcase in 2nd bedroom, designing an open concept kitchen / living room among MANY other things, while also updating electricity & plumbing. Chris is truly an artist with a superb eye for design and aesthetic and Superior Construction is a wonderful and knowledgeable team. Their work ethic and communication skills put them over the top. Whenever the opportunity arises, I always confidently recommend Superior Construction to my friends and colleagues.”

“Can't say enough about Patrick! My wife and I were looking for a contractor to replace our original fiberglass shower/tub combo and replace it with a large walk in shower. Patrick completed an estimate that we were happy with as it was very reasonable compared to other contractors. We showed him the layout/concept we were looking for and the end result was nothing short of awesome. This project was upstairs and care was taken to protect our flooring and stairs on the daily. Clean up was performed daily with minimal impact on daily living. Patrick was always courteous, returned phone calls in a timely manner, always answered questions and kept us updated on the status of the project. He handled any changes very well and listened to our ideas and made it happen. Our particular project from demo to completion was 3 weeks. Thanks again Patrick!”

“I reached out to Home Renew 360 to work on my house and they came quickly. I decided to continue with them since they explained all the details and addressed my concerns which made me feel safe. I had done the exterior paint , rewrite and the roof and it looks absolutely amazing! “Re-insulate attic and provide storage area with ventilation. Removed old blown (and thin) insulation. Replace with high grade R30. Cover all with thick plywood. Nest all wiring in joists. Install attic stairs in hallway. Move hallway light. Paint attic door to match ceiling. Install attic fan through exterior stucco wall for ventilation, included thermostat and manual control. Install fan switch in hallway. All went well. We love our extra space. This was our second time using Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso. They come on time, do good work and are a pleasure to work with. They were done in a little over a week. After this job, we hired them again to re-roof our house and rebuild a fireplace (after a eucalyptus destroyed our family room). As expected, Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso were courteous, professional and hard-working. Their work is amazing and they are a pleasure to have around.”

“Regal Contracting remodeled the exterior of our home. The owner, Doug Scott was very honest and professional as were all of his subcontractors. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Regal Contracting updated the exterior of or home from a 70's "Brady Bunch" look to a stylish traditional home. They did full frame replacement windows, with interior and exterior trim, restuccoed the exterior and added dry stack eldorado stone. We look forward to working with Regal Contracting again when we remodel our kitchen.”
