“Myles is a Very talented young man he definitely knows what he's doing when he comes to Working in and on homes! He did work in my house. I was so amazed with the work that he did the skills that he has. He did a really amazing job in my house and one my deck out side if you need anything done with your home or need rebuilds he's the guy to call!!! He also has a very big heart great with people and children and he's a very trustworthy person as well, percent can trust him with and around your belongings!!!! That's very hard to find today!! “We built our home with Lancor Consteuction. It was an incredible experience from the onset. Gordon was incredibly knowledgeable about every phase of the project. Even after completion we continually consult and use him for new projects and upkeep. He built our home on schedule and came in on budget. We were continually surprised at Gordon's vast knowledge on everything from digging a well to picking out fixtures in the bathrooms and everything in between. If someone wasn't immediately available our calls or emails were always returned promptly. Building our home was truly a great experience and we would use Lancor again in a heartbeat. We strongly recommend them for any home project large or small. You cannot get this superior service easily and we certainly did.”

“We have a very large very high porch overlooking the Hudson River. The columns supporting this deck rest on a patio. We woke up the morning after Hurricane Sandy to find the patio washed out and the deck just about to fall into the river. A neighbor spotted Mark working down the road. Within minutes (really!) Mark arrived with a crew and stabilized the deck. He subsequently rebuilt the patio which is much better than the originally one. The deck is now secure. Two neighbors also suffered from Sandy and wanted Mark to build concrete seawalls. The only way Mark could get heavy equipment down to do this was to use our bank. He promised to restore the bank. We gave Mark permission, and decided to have him also build us a sea wall. To us these sea walls appear to be first rate. Good footings and plenty of rebar. True to his promise Mark restored the bank and planted trees and shrubs that are lovely. After this Mark has done a number of projects for us, including putting in some modern windows, building bookcases, and waterproofing a cellar room. We have found Mark's pricing to be fair, the work first rate, and the work performed in a timely fashion. When needed, we will use Mark again.”

“Tricounty Add a Level was awesome to deal with from our phone conversations to the men doing the installation. We had them re-do our bathroom. Great tile work, the vanity is perfect and love the colors on the walls. They are respectfully, courteous and clean everything before leaving my house. We have more work to do in our home and would re-hire them in a heart beat. Thanks Rich, Allie and crew for a job well done!”

“We had Sam and his team renovate our master bathroom. This entailed replacing most tile, removing the tub, installing a standing shower, moving shower plumbing and adding second shower head, insetting vanity mirror, replacing lighting and towel bars, replacing vanity and reinstalling toilet. He stuck to his quote and timeline, and they did everything in under 2 weeks. He's trustworthy and very easy to work with and his team was respectful, clean and pleasant. I'm very particular about design and I'm very happy with the result. There was even a small issue after the construction, and Sam came back with the plumber to fix the issue and didn't charge us. Overall we highly recommend Sam and his team for a renovation!”

Goko's work, including his pricing, work ethic and work quality, where all excellent. He asked appropriate questions when aesthetics where an issue, and helped problem solve when technical issues came up in the field. (Which happens when working on old historic homes!) He went above and beyond to make sure not only the client's expectations where met, but that mine, as the architect, where also met (and exceeded). During a punch list site visit he was quick to address all and every issue immediately and without question. I am extremely comfortable recommending Goko and Oncenter Construction to my clients when it comes time to take our architectural plans out to bid.”

They helped solve a TV-mounting issue, made useful suggestions about placement and expandability of the AV system and were very professional.
