“We did a total renovation of the kitchen, which had last been updated in the 1980's, in our 300 year old Colonial. Everything from the flooring, cabinets, paneling, appliances, lighting, one window, countertop, backsplash and paint was included. The worst part of the process was preparing for construction--packing up everything in the kitchen. Everyone involved, from Platt employees to the subcontractors they work with, was professional, courteous and did their job extremely well. At the end of the day they tidied up and left the space as clean as possible. The project manager was patient and understanding, even when I was a little unnerved when things didn't go as planned. There were no major issues or disappointments. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, high quality company. It definitely cost more than your average builder but the price was well worth the peace of mind and end result.”

“We hired Maria to re-design our master bathroom, laundry room, and master closet in the spring of 2007. She provided excellent written documentation of the scope of the project, detailed graphics of the proposed project and accompanied me to sale rooms to choose the various components of her design. She was able to design an excellent option for our laundry room to allow for the inclusion of a new utility sink and a folding area with wall cabinet above (using a hinged counter top and magnetic cleat). Initially she proposed using a general contractor that was not licensed in MA so we chose own contractor but she was able to work well with him in executing the design. Overall, a great job.”
