“I trusted Pryor to refinish my 110 year old douglas fir, clearspan wood floors. They were prompt, quick, and the finish came out so perfectly that it made the floors the focal point when I went to sell the house. They took extra time ensure that boards I had moved from beneath a built-in fixture to a more visible area were more "weathered" looking so they matched and did an outstanding job in an area where a shifting foundation had created a larger-than-desired gap by doing some creative filler work.
