“The people at Sunshine Floors put the customer first. They have a lot of knowledge and will work with you to get your job done right the first time. R.T. came to give the estimate which was quick, but clearly he knows what he's talking about. Their price estimate was much more competitive than the 4 other quotes that I got for refinishing of the floors. The floors did require some extra work, but even then, the original time estimate was 6 days, but ended up being done in 3. R.T. had his team working at a very efficient rate. “Brandon and his team are good at what they do. They conduct themselves in a very professional manner. They arrive when they say they will, they keep to the estimate, they explain what is possible and even what is not possible. We've had them work on our current house and also a new condo renovation we are doing. In both locations, a floor touch up and a complete flooring installation, they did a perfect job. “David's flooring tiled our 2 bathrooms and hallway floors. They refinished our hardwood floors. They were reasonably priced. They moved the furniture. David is an extremely hard worker with a strong work ethic. They were on time, and finished the job quickly and were very neat. I highly recommend David's Flooring. and would use them again.”

“Had A LOT of damage on hardwood floors after just moving in. Nails and staples sticking out of the floor as well as black paper substance that seemed to be glued down and had bled into the wood in some areas. There were sections where it had been cut out and Oleg replaced the missing sections with matching wood, removed all the nails and staples, sanded past the staining, filled minor holes, and managed to save a floor I thought I would have to cover up. Refinished a few thresholds for me as well which really helped the house flow from room to room, something I hadn't even thought of until he suggested it, for no extra cost. Also moved a lot of my own renovation equipment I had left in the way and stacked it neatly in an accessible location. Very reasonably priced and actually finished 2 days before his projected time table. Have and will continue to recommend him to everyone that needs work done and plan on having him back myself to do some LVP in other rooms in the house.”

These are real folks who have a great product- and pride in their products. The quality of the delivered goods was outstanding. The planks were longer than I have ever received as standard goods.
