“Abbey Flooring of Elk Grove has been doing work with my family for many years. When it was time for me to upgrade my flooring, it was a very easy decision. Spike and his crew are a team of professionals from helping pick out the right flooring, to getting an accurate estimate, and finally the installation. Their pricing is extremely competitive and Spike was willing to work with me to complete my project within the allotted budget. Spike was involved throughout the project and checked in during the install. The way he managed my project was top notch. Sam the installer was a true craftsman that kept the job site clean. There were some tricky areas to the install that he developed good clean solutions. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Now having lived with the floors for over a year I am still happy with the choice. Visitors always notice and give compliments. If you are looking for new floors from tile to wood to carpet, Abbey Floors should be your first choice.”

“Reggie and the crew at FCI-Concord were really amazing. We purchased a new home and wanted to redo all of the flooring - a combination of carpet and engineered hardwood. Closings of escrow are always dicey, and we wanted to have this complete before we physically moved everything in. They went above and beyond to get everything complete on time, and everything looks beautiful. Highly recommend!”

“Personal, knowledgeable and great to work with. It was my first time picking carpet (a daunting task!) and Triss held my hand from start to finish. She helped me pick out the ideal carpet and came back after the install to do minor touch ups to make everything perfect. Most notably the installers at Carters Flooring were able to update my 1964 concrete indoor floating staircase by encasing them in beautiful carpet - super labor intensive as each stair had to be individually wrapped. No more dangerous corners for my little ones and I am thrilled how everything turned out! Two thumbs up!”

“My wife and I decided to go with ¾" solid wood flooring (Brazilian Cherry), after discussing our wood floor options with Kelly and Chris, . This option requires precise placement, skilled surface sanding, then three coats of sealer/surface finish. The wood floor has become the showpiece for our home. There are no flaws and the floor is beautiful. Both Kelly and Chris are highly skilled and are gentlemen to work with. We highly recommend them.”

“We had a great experience with NG Floors on this large, whole-house hardwood floor installation. I was impressed by their responsiveness and conscientiousness. This was a tough job on an older house. What's important is how a contractor deals with the client when unanticipated problems arise. Throughout this project, Nazar and his team worked with us to overcome each obstacle in a way that was fair for both sides. Eugene and his team were very conscientious, working carefully and cleanly, and unilaterally doing helpful things like cleaning up after other subs, organizing materials on the project and leaving the house clean at the end of each day. They went out of their way to ask me questions about what I wanted in a particular situation or explaining why they were going to do something a certain way. Their attention to detail is important and shows a pride in workmanship often lacking with contractors. NG Floors was in the middle of the pack on price compared to other bids that we received, but delivered a superior result and a great value for the cost, especially when considering that we probably would have paid full markup on the subfloor install with another contractor. I can't say enough good things about our experience with them and I look forward to working with them again in the future.”

“David and his crew are awesome! We purchased a 1920's house with original hardwood floors, which were in pretty bad shape. David's crew ripped up several areas of the floor that were really soft and replaced the subfloor and then replaced the hardwood. He also sealed up a basement entrance. It all looks seamless! The floors are beautiful, exactly what I wanted; a matte finish with no yellow tint. To add to it, he is very responsive and shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do. His prices are also very competitive. I've worked with a lot of contractors and trades in the last 3 years and there are very few that I would actually recommend to anyone, but David is one of the few.”

“After having interviewed three other flooring contractors (a lot of questionable characters out there) to refinish 450sf of bamboo flooring in my loft / office, I almost gave up hope. Then when I met John at Restore Your Floor it was like a breath of fresh air. John was extremely courteous and professional and took his time with me explaining exactly what I would be getting for my money. Plain and simple, he made me feel comfortable and I felt that I could trust his work. My feelings were correct. John and his helper showed up on time and finished according to schedule. I was literally amazed at how incredible the floors looked when they were done. They look like brand new floors! My clients that come to my loft were amazed too and now it feels great to bring people in and hear their reactions when they see my new floors. Thanks John!”
