“We had never done a large interior remodel project before and we weren't sure what to expect, but the Rigsby Group team was wonderful and helpful every step of the way. The design team helped us refine our vision and got us started on making our dream kitchen a reality and Tim, Chase and Nancy were always there to answer our questions, give us suggestions, step in to handle everything we needed and were very accommodating to our personal schedules and other needs. They were also very open to our ideas and were encouraging and enthusiastic always, which made the process so much easier-- and fun! All of the contractors that they brought in were friendly, courteous, respectful and helpful, and all of them did such an amazing job. It was a great relief that we didn't have to find contractors and manage them ourselves, it really made the whole process less stressful. And they all did such great work! We get so many compliments on our kitchen and how beautiful it is. We are so very happy with it and love it. We would definitely have the Rigsby Group do another project for us in the future.”

“We recently had our kitchen completely transformed by Refined Renovations, and can’t say enough good things about the experience from start to finish. From our very first consultation, Matthew and Emma were attentive, knowledgeable, and appeared genuinely excited to help bring our vision to life. They took the time to listen to our concerns and ideas, and offered creative suggestions that fit our vision. Their design meeting was extremely impressive (Sofie is the best!), and their transparent communication made us feel confident and in control throughout the project. Once the work began, their professionalism and thoughtfulness continued to shine through. They set us up with a temporary kitchen (stove/oven, dishwasher, and sink) in our basement, which made the construction period MUCH more bearable. Robert was a phenomenal project manager and was extremely communicative throughout the entire project. When unexpected issues arose (as they do in an old home), they were transparent and provided options for moving forward. They were willing to get creative with solutions, and compromise when needed. The quality of their work is absolutely top‑notch. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail, and willingness to ensure we were happy with the final product. Our new kitchen not only looks stunning, it functions beautifully, too. I wholeheartedly recommend Refined Renovations to anyone looking for a home renovation. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a stressful project into an absolute pleasure. Our family now has a dream kitchen that we look forward to using every single day—thank you to the entire team for making it happen!”

“Rob helped us with our dream backyard from concept to finish. He came out to our home as many times as it took to get a feel for our space and what we wanted. He designed an artful patio - not your run-of-the-mill, square, copy and paste patio - and worked hard to bring it to life. He did repairs to our home, gave us expert advice, and oversaw the concrete pouring. He was always immediately accessible to communicate and was very easy to work with. Thank you for our patio, Rob!”
