“Petit Construction did a complete exterior remodel for our home. This involved removing the old aluminum siding and original windows. They added rigid "green" foam insulation to the exterior walls and taped all the joints. They installed new windows by Andersen, new vinyl siding, and replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim. The quality of the work and installation was top-notch. Our house is now much quieter and I'm saving money monthly on heating and air conditioning costs due to the better and tighter insulation. Further, by using Azek to replace all the exterior woodwork, I'll never have to climb ladders to repaint; approaching my late 60s' that's an important point for me. At the same time, they also replaced the roof shingles, vents, a skylight, and all the spoutings and gutters. The work was done very well. The new look is nicely coordinated and makes a much better presentation from the street. We love it!”

“BDM Construction has rehabbed 4 rental houses for me. Some were complete gut jobs, a couple just had minor cosmetic fixes. This company has performed the work with professionalism, at a reasonable cost, although sometimes the timeline is extended some. I feel that I can live with the time issue, because the product is really high-end.”

“I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. I might add that Matt is extremely easy going and a pleasure to work with.”

“I have had this contractor complete 6 projects and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. This contractor's honesty fares well with me because I like each project done right. He always lets me know what he will be doing each day. I especially like the fact that if he runs into any problems due to previous poor quality workmanship, he will tell me and then correct it. He gives each project the time it needs instead of rushing and cutting corners to meet a deadline. At this point, he is the only contractor I will have at my home.”

“Over the last four years Technically Aesthetic has done a custom bathroom, tiled another shower as well as installed vinyl siding on a dormer and a small plumbing project. The work is always done well and at a reasonable price. Tyrone is always professional and I am very comfortable with him being in my home while my wife and I are away during the day. Whenever someone tells me they have a project in mind I always give them Tyrone's information. He is my go-to contractor. He is honest and does great work. You'll be happy you chose him.”

“We hired Builtwright to address a complex structural issue in the basement; but, we were quickly impressed by their abilities and professionalism and asked them to finish out the entire downstairs. We were even more impressed by the downstairs transformation and were becoming fast friends with Andy's entire team. So, you guessed it, we gave them the green light to facelift the upstairs as well and to complete some exterior upgrades. Whether the work was done by Andy's guys or by one of the many subs that he hired, tasks were completed seamlessly with perfect coordination, great skill and pride. Beyond the superior deliverable and overall project management, it was Andy's particular skill in finding design and material solutions within our budget that gave us the confidence to keep going. Significantly, when many would be focused on their next project, Andy was proactive with every detail of the punch list, giving us that final good taste. A repair job had grown into a whole-home project resulting in an inspiring and comfortable space that far exceeds our expectations.”
