I was told that if I had any questions I could reach out and a week later I called to make sure that everything was going to work. I called at 9 o’clock at night, and they still answer the phone and answered all of my questions I had and I felt comfortable moving forward. it seemed like an average bathroom remodel but I received so much more and I am ever grateful that I gave this company a chance. I would recommend them to everyone and I have. I know that many of my family members have also done work with this company. “Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. Jon helped to design and construct 2 new bathrooms for us--- and made the process incredibly easy. He went out of his way to help us find a design and products which fit within our budget. The professionals who actually did the work were trustworthy, timely, and did a beautiful job. “Robbie, Adam and there entire crew were great to work with. We had a large project at hand and they completed on time even with my many changes along the way. I love my new kitchen, bathroom and main floor laundry room so much I hired them back to do my master bathroom! In addition, we utilized XL Outdoor to remove our exterior stucco and re-side our entire home with beautiful James Hardie siding. “We worked with Paul on an addition and complete internal re-do - bigger kitchen, bigger master bedroom. Paul is a good listener, honest, and genuine person. We ended up buying a house and he refunded the unused portion of our "retainer". From the beginning he is comfortable to work with and what he says, he does. I kind of hate to have found a house because I know he'd work wonders.”
