“Fantastic Results! I hired James and his crew in 2020 to assist me with a "flip" on the North Shore. It was a very old house riddled with issues. I've been a designer and contractor for over 20 years and can say that the NRC crew was top notch. They helped push the complicated renovations along and followed my design requirements perfectly. They fully renovated the entire interior and built a front porch addition on the exterior. Their crews were attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!”

“We have been working with Liv Companies on the major kitchen and bath remodel of our LaGrange, IL home, which included removing big walls, new electrical, and new plumbing. We wanted a character home with a more modern layout, but were intimidated by the renovation process. Dave and Russ have made the whole thing so easy from start to finish. When we were house hunting, they helped us understand the potential of homes as well as the budget that would be required to help us achieve our vision. During the renovation process, working with a company where the architect and the builder are partners and have a track record of working together made the whole process smooth and seamless. Most importantly, the design and the execution of that design was flawless and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. “Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway.
