Alex changed the floor plan so my wife could have her dream kitchen, and it turned out awesome! There is no one-time 2-hour appointment to pick out everything from carpet color to roof tile like many other builders required. You’ll personally meet with every trade to discuss what goes into your home. You can spend as much time as you need to make your choices on your schedule during the building process. “Working with Shannon & Ken Dixon at RenoPros was a very pleasant experience. I used them last year for hurricane damage from Ian. My lanai roof was blown off completely. Ken & Shannon gave me a fair quote, during the time when other repair people were ripping off customers during these trying times. The aluminum replacement was ordered and I was kept informed during entire process. They also replaced my floor in lanai. They did such a good job that I had them install my kitchen back splash and had them arrange for the outside of my manufactured home to be painted while I was back in Ohio. They kept me informed during the complete process. My neighbors have told me how nice everything looks. I'm going to do more upgrades in 2023 and I will surely call Ken & Shannon to do the work.”

“Henry designed a home for us in Mediterra in 2007. We had such an amazing experience we decided to design and build another home with him. The words "this can't be done" do not come out of his mouth. If you want the best personalized service then Henry is your man! The attention to detail is amazing. Currently we are constructing a 9200 +/- home. He even worked very close with the pool architect to tie everything together. Contact me if you want a reference. A++”
