He made specific suggestions during the building process, such as adding a window seat and using the flooring material as the seating area. Buchanan also recommended extra insulation above the garage to help the bonus room for heating. Rick provided detailed invoices that spelled out each work order and changes that were made during the construction process. Since we were out of town for some of the construction, he always sent me photos of what they were doing and stayed in constant contact.
