“Jake has worked on numerous homes that I have designed. He is one of the most knowledgeable ICF contractors I know. I had a chance in 2007 to help build a home I designed and Jake was the ICF contractor on the project, while on this project I learn more from him about ICF construction than any one else in the industry. I would highly recommend him as your go to source for anything to do with ICF construction.”

“We worked with BDR building on Lake Michigan home. They were professional and completed our home in the time frame we expected. The quality of our home is outstanding! From our first meeting to the completed project, we felt like we were working with friends. We have never built a home before, but after this experience with BDR, I would do it again. We worked hand and hand with the designer to help pick out products that would add appeal to our home and our construction manager was always available to answer any questions that we had. “New Urban Home Builders was hired as the general contractor for renovations in our condo. The scope of work included a bathroom remodel, kitchen update, new wood flooring, painting of the interior, construction of a new closet as well as electrical and plumbing work. In addition, we had the terrace enclosed for pet and child safety. All of the work was done to perfection with careful attention to detail. After completion, there were a couple of minor fixes that were taken care of immediately. All in all, the experience was wonderful and I would readily recommend them to anyone.”

“We've hired this company twice. The first time was an insurance-covered repair to our garage roof. The company was prompt, gave a detailed estimate of costs, worked well with our insurance company, and did quality work. Several months after the job was completed, they returned at our request to replace some materials that were warping. Our second project was to fix a leak in our roof and install a skylight. Again, very prompt, courteous service and they made sure the work was completely satisfactory before they departed.”
