“Building with Crowebuilt Homes was a great experience. Most important to the building experience is trust, quality, and communication. All three were apparent during our build. Crowebuilt earned our trust as they were completely open with us and worked with us for a positive resolution to the inevitable difficulties that arise with building such a complex project. The quality was apparent during building in many ways (and is apparent now 4 months after occupancy), but the commitment to quality came in one example clearly: there was a small cosmetic issue due to mis-measuring where our siding met the brick. When Even saw the issue (we didn’t notice), he immediately brought it to our attention and began to tear off the siding to fix it—even as we told him that it didn’t matter to us, and he could leave it. This change costed him thousands of dollars in materials and labor, and he didn’t even hesitate, even though his clients were insisting that it was good as is. He was committed to getting it right. Communication was superb. The Crowebuilt team was always accessible for questions on building, design and style. Seldom was the time when a call or a text wasn’t immediately answered and call-backs were always prompt. And what's more is they respond to e-mails, calls, or texts very quickly! You don't see that level of responsiveness that often in this industry. We haven't had any wear-and-tear issues. When we had our home warranty four-month walkthrough, they told us you typically see nail pop-outs and such at this time. We have none. In fact, the only two issues we've had were very minor -- a fireplace remote and one GFCI outlet in the basement and they were corrected immediately.
