“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”

“We used Scott Homes to design and build a 5 bedroom house on the Washington Coast. The house is used both as a vacation rental and as a family vacation spot. There were several requirements that needed to be met, and Scott Homes met all of them with ease. One of those was it needed to be a green building and they are experts in using SIPS panels which give the house a great feel. They are also really good people, honest and helpful. I loved how they allowed us complete say where we wanted it in coming up with design & hammering out details, but offered ideas/experience where we needed it, also offering wonderful subcontractors and suppliers. They stayed exactly on target from a time and budget standpoint. I would recommend them highly.”

“Fox Custom Homes built me a beautiful custom home in Gig Harbor, WA. The process was not completely smooth, but that was to be expected. We had issues with the portion of the project we were in charge of (septic, excavation, neighbors) which caused some hiccups and delays. Additionally, we ran into weather delays because Western Washington experienced the wettest October on record while our house was being framed, unfortunately that meant the delivery of our trusses was delayed. As I said, none of these issues were unexpected and in hindsight they arent worth being uspet about at all. For Fox's part we are left with an immaculate home that is worth $175k more than we have into the home. The "standard" finishes are beautiful and I feel that we got an incredible value. We only technically upgraded our electrical and elected to use the allowances as a way to install nicer finishes for our flooring, cabinets, and countertops. I am very happy Fox Custom Homes allows homeowners to complete some of the work themselves as a way tosave money. As a result, we have a custom bathroom vanity that my husband was able to build out of a slab of redwood and a 4'×7' tiled shower thatI personally installed the tile for. In no way does our home feel cookie cutter. We would hire Fox Custom Homes again in a heartbeat.”

“We bought a home in 2003,as a second owner, that was built by this builder. It was a high quality, beautiful home. We sold the home in 2006, moving into a home in a large neighborhood to accommodate our children. We inherited a lake cabin, and decided to build a permanent home on the lot, planning to move to that location in 2017. The only builder we would consider was Cre8iv Works Inc. He is a high quality, very professional builder. He has many great ideas and does not cut corners, but will also try to stay close to the budget. He is pleasant to work with and has lived in our community for many years. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to Cre8iv Works Inc.”
