It's always refreshing to see a builder go over and above. Building a home is extremely complicated and a lot of things can come up. Going with a builder with good character makes a world of difference. I showed my clients a lot of homes and we met with a lot of builders. They ended up choosing the perfect home for them and they got everything they wanted in their budget. I also like how they do a 30 day walkthrough and then a second one around the one-year mark. “We had LA Home Builders design and build our current home. It was a significant project for us and we knew this would be the house we would be in for years to come so we wanted to make sure it was done right. We had visited some of LA's other homes and were impressed with the workmanship, design and decore of the homes. We especially liked the fact that LA Home came with the services of Coffey & Co. interior designs. The design and construction process went extremly smooth and both Lou Nigro of LA Home and Lisza Coffey of Coffey & Co. were very attentive to every detail. I also liked the fact that we always dealt directly with Lou...we were never pushed off to employees or subcontractors. The final product was just what we wanted and expected. "Punch list" items were minimal, and all of those items were promptly attended to by Lou. As stated, this was a big project for my family and there was never a time that I felt frustrated or concerned about the construction process and LA Home's committment to us. Lou was honest and dependable and I would use LA Home Builders again in a heartbeat.”

“Vasa construction built a shop for us and we were more than satisfied. The service was excellent and crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. We were do pleased we had then add a new front porch, egress basement window and patio cover for us at a later date. Two years ago we had some tornado damage and Vasa was called upon again. Aaron worked with our field adjuster and all the damage was repaired or rebuilt to everyone's satisfaction. Will use them for all our remodeling and construction needs in the guture.”

“Yoder Construction replaced the sub floor on my three-season porch. I was having the carpet replaced but when it was pulled up the sub floor was disintegrating. I called numerous contractors but either they didn't do stuff like that or else they didn't have time. Bryan was able to come out over his lunch hour and give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I hired him with the understanding that it could be a few weeks before he'd be able to complete the job. However, he finished his current job a day early and so was able to replace my sub floor that same week! Did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend him for all your construction needs.”
