The on-line logs and messages were really helpful. Vince and his assistant Victor were a delight to work with and I looked forward to their visits to my home. They were able to keep the dust to a minimum so there was not much disruption outside of the bath and adjoining bedroom, and my timid cat's life wasn't unduly disturbed.
