Here’s the items I needed him to complete 1) remove all flooring (3 kinds) and base trim 2) Kitchen counters 3) kitchen and 1/2 bath plumbing fixtures 4) appliances 5) mantle and hearth tile 6) reinstall base trim 7) reinstall appliances 8) install stacked stone floor to ceiling for new fireplace wall 9) install floating mantle for fireplace wall 10) install new cabinet hardware 11) remove and reinstall 3 doors Spencer was always on time and able to make adjustments when our painting got delayed. His workmanship and attention to detail are wonderful. I look forward to hiring Spencer again soon for the next phase of our remodel!”
